What do I wear?

Comfortable sports clothing which isn’t restrictive.

What do I need to bring?

  • Own mat preferable. (I do have a small number available if needed).
  • Drink bottle to keep hydrated.
  • Small towel.

What if I am not supple or fit?

You can work at your own level and I will help you to progress, making sure you are comfortable with your individual progress.

Who can attend?

Karen’s Mat Pilates is for everyone. All ages, shapes and sizes. Perfect for rehabilition.
